Priscilla PATTOO is the Founder and Managing Partner of LAWLINE registered as a law firm in July 2016.
She has been a member of the Mauritius Bar since 2006 and has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services sector. Priscilla was a partner at JURISTCONSULT CHAMBERS, member firm of DLA PIPER AFRICA until November 2015.
She has acquired recognized experience in global business law, and more particularly in banking, corporate structuring (on-shore and off-shore), M&A, commercial matters, financial services, investment funds, insurance, and securities law. She has advised clients on numerous cross-border transactions involving local and international companies as well as on investment transactions in the Republic of Mauritius.
Priscilla is a former Member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Mauritius and has served three mandates as Vice President of the France-Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is also a member of the Legal and Compliance Committee under the aegis of Mauritius Finance.
