About Piotr Grzonek
DPPA Legal is an independent partnership founded by three senior lawyers having extensive experience in advising Polish and foreign Clients ranging from 17 to 20 years. The firm started its operations in July 2011 and since that time successfully develops as a real estate law boutique, that is a firm specialized in a high quality legal advice closely connected to the real estate business of its Clients.
Piotr Grzonek is an advocate and a partner – founder of DPPA Legal. Piotr is an exceptionally colourful personality, who marks his distinctive style in every negotiation he participates in. His strong legal knowledge, creative approach to problems and open style of communication allow him to maintain a high pace of negotiations and bring them to a successful end. He uses his skills mainly for clients from the warehouse and hotel sector (in the latter industry he is a particularly recognizable figure on the market).
The main areas of his specialty cover: civil law, including real estate law and construction law. Piotr Grzonek provides legal advice services to clients in respect of real estate transactions and management, in particular advice relating to sale, purchase, lease, development and modernisation of real properties, court disputes and administrative proceedings as well as reorganization in respect of real estate property and corporate structure. His experience covers all areas of real estate and project development market i.e. offices, warehouses, shopping malls, hotels, residential buildings and undeveloped land.
Piotr Grzonek gained his professional experience being a member of the strongest real estate and construction law practice in Poland led by Paweł Dębowski for nearly eight years and at that time he cooperated with the following international law firms: CMS Cameron McKenna (2003-2006), Clifford Chance (offices in Warsaw and Frankfurt, Germany) (2006-2010) and Salans (2010-2011).
Piotr Grzonek graduated from Warsaw University (master of law 2004) and became advocate 2009. He also studied at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder within the Socrates-Erasmus Programme (2003/2004) and obtained English and EU law diploma in the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at Warsaw University in cooperation with Cambridge University (2003).
