Several years’ experience in judicial consultancy and assistance on the labour law and industrial relations matters. He mainly advises large Italian and foreign groups, small- and medium-sized companies, high-profile executives and senior managers.
He provides consultancy and assistance:
in business reorganizations (individual and collective dismissal), disciplinary proceedings (including dismissal for misconduct), assignment of new tasks, transfers, assessment of the impact of legislation on the management of labour relations;
in contractual matters (negotiation and drafting of individual employment, para-subordinate and self-employment contracts, company and trade union agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements and agreements related to intellectual property developed within the framework of the employment relationship, analysis and assistance and preparation of incentive plans, stock options, stock grants, etc.);
in the assessment of labour implications for extraordinary transactions, corporate restructuring, relocation and outsourcing (including arrangements for use of social shock absorbers, redundancy funds, mobility, trade union agreements, collective dismissals);
in the analysis of human resources organization and industrial relations;
in the construction and organization of business networks.
On judicial matters, his activity ranges from the assessment and management of the pre-litigation stage, to the judicial assistance in all disputes, relating to or connected with employment, self-employment and para-subordinate relationships.
Author of publications on labour law. He is an active member of AGI (Italian Employment Lawyer Association) and EELA (European Employment Lawyer Association).
