Paul Jing

Paul is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm. He is responsible for the the Firm’s strategic growth and development.

He has over 30 years of professional practice experience. Paul’s practice specialises in commercial, corporate, corporate finance, energy, oil & gas, foreign investment advisory, capital markets and Intellectual Property.

He also assists major domestic and cross-border corporations with public and private M&A, with a particular focus on private equity transactions, reorganizations, restructurings, acquisitions and Divestitures.

Paul is a Legal Consultant of the World Bank.  He is fluent in English and French.
