Patric David is a Founder and Managing Partner at Law Exchange Associates, headquartered in Dar, Tanzania, a corporate/commercial full-service law firm providing innovative legal solutions to its domestic, as well as international, clients. The firm offers diverse expertise in all areas of major practice, with an internationally renowned IP expertise.
Mr. Patric David is an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar, as well as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He has experience of more than 15 years in the manufacturing & beverage industries, in addition to the construction sector.
Moreover, he has been appointed and admitted into the Register of authorised Patent, Trade & Service Marks Agent (BRELA) to be listed as an IP AGENT on the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) website, and has been further accredited by the Ministry of Constitutional & Legal Affairs of the Tanzanian government to be an arbitrator and mediator.
He works as in-house counsel and Head of the Legal Department at SBC Tanzania Limited (PepsiCo franchised products in Tanzania).
