Pablo Martínez earned a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3).
He has advanced his professional career at Uría Menéndez, Baker McKenzie, Hogan Lovells and Carles Cuesta.
He has been recognized as a “Future Leader” in international arbitration bu Who’s Who Legal in 2020, 2021 and 2023. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous national and international arbitrations, administered by various institutions. He has also been involved in the enforcement of arbitral awards, in proceedings to set aside awards and in interim measures in support of arbitration.
He has offered advice to clients on on a broad range of disputes, particularly in matters of contracts and obligations and in corporate conflicts. Additionally, he also participates in proceedings before civil courts at all levels, including the filing of appeals in cassation and extraordinary appeals for procedural infringement before the Supreme Court.
He regularly advises on issues of international jurisdiction and applicable law and has experience in the enforcement of foreign decisions in Spain.
He speaks Spanish and English.
