JUDr. Ondrej Poništiak, Ph.D. is a partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS in Prague. His practice focuses on M&A, complex restructurings, IT/IP, corporate and commercial law and competition law.

He is the author of numerous articles in the media and professional journals, and regularly lectures in his areas of expertise through seminars and webinars.
