Oliver Köster is Partner at the offices of BEITEN BURKHARDT in Hamburg and Berlin and member of the practice group Corporate / M&A. His area of activity comprises Corporate, M&A and Restructuring, with a focus on the automotive industry. He advises his national and international clients on issues relating to the formation and structuring of shareholder and joint ventures, the acquisition and sale of businesses and on the restructuring of individual companies and corporate groups.
Oliver Köster studied law at the University of Cologne and at Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg. He did postgraduate studies at Queen Mary College, University of London, and was admitted to the German Bar in 2003. After working with several international law firms, Oliver Köster joined BEITEN BURKHARDT as a Partner in 2015.
