Nigel H. Margetson

Nigel (sworn in as a lawyer in January 1996) primarily works in the offshore energy sector. His clients consist of larger and smaller marine contractors, ship owners and other service providers. He occasionally acts for operators. Nigel negotiates, advises on and drafts all types of contracts in the offshore industry. He also litigates and arbitrates disputes under and in connection with such contracts. He has a great deal of experience handling large international disputes. Nigel has handled both Dutch and English language  arbitrations under ICC rules, LCIA rules, LMAA terms, NAI rules, TAMARA rules, etc.
