Having over 15 years of extensive experience in business law, Nicoleta is sought out by our clients to resolve some of their most complex and delicate matters and transactions in various industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Technology, Financial Services, Real Estate etc.

Nicoleta is advising clients in evaluating compliance of their projects and new products with applicable regulations. Advising clients on the allocation of risks and providing creative solutions for sustainable business is what Nicoleta enjoys most.

By providing straightforward legal support, Nicoleta helps clients to securely access the necessary funds, either from conventional financing or FinTech, by keeping high attention to their financial goals and mandatory regulations.
