Mustafa Tırtır

Atty. Mustafa Tırtır was born in 1975 in Develi, Kayseri. After completing primary, secondary, and high school there, he enrolled in Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1995. He graduated from the faculty of law in 1999.
Mustafa Tırtır completed his legal internship at the law office of his professor Prof. Dr. Köksal Bayraktar. He did his short-term military service in Balıkesir in 2001. He served in the Disciplinary Court during his military service.
He continued to work with Prof. Dr. Köksal Bayraktar after his military service. He worked as a lawyer at Bayraktar Law Firm for 11 years. During this time, he followed numerous cases with Mr. Köksal Bayraktar. He was successful in the Trademark Patent Attorney exam opened in 2005 and he also serves as a Trademark Patent Attorney.
Atty. Mustafa Tırtır established his own office in 2011 and enrolled in the Public Law Master’s program at Istanbul Ticaret University in the same year. In 2014, he completed her master’s thesis titled Supervision of Communication through Telecommunication.
In 2015, he enrolled in the Public Law Doctorate Program at Medipol University Faculty of Law. He is currently continuing the doctoral program. He took the exam held by the Mediation Department in 2016 passed the mediation exam and is currently listed as a Mediator in the Mediation registry.
In 2012, Atty. Mustafa Tırtır started working as the criminal law department manager at Aksan Law Firm where Muhammet Aksan is the founding partner. He continues to work as a department manager in this department.
He has around 30 articles on Criminal Law, Criminal Execution Law, and Criminal Procedure Law. He has studies on criminal law in the media. He served as a member of the Editorial Board of Crime and Punishment Journal and İdeal Hukuk Journal. He is currently a member of the auditing board of the Turkish Criminal Law Association, the Disciplinary Board of the Türk Yeşilay Society, and the Board of Directors of the Develi and Region Association. He teaches “Attorney Law” and “Notification Law” at Medipol University Vocational School of Justice. He has been working with criminal cases for nearly 20 years.
