Advises and represents our clients from the private, public and multinational sectors on matters that are contentious and require dispute resolution within and outside Pakistan. He was appointed by the Province of Punjab in 2013 to officiate as the Advocate General. He remained the first law officer for the Province and in the process won numerous cases of national as well as international importance covering contractual, civil, constitutional, white collar crime and other matters. He is an advocate of the Supreme Court and is known as a lawyer who is aggressive in his approach with entire focus on client delivery. Mustafa litigates across Pakistan and, in addition thereto, represents his clients in jurisdictions such as USA, UK, Europe, UAE and Singapore. He has the privilege to be a member of numerous commercial and non-commercial boards. He is the only counsel whose client remained unscathed in Panama Papers. He has many reported judgments to his credit including cases such as Signal Free Corridor, Canal Widening, Orange Line Metro train, etc.
