The founder of the firm, Adv. Moshe Kahn has more than twenty years of expertise as a business lawyer providing legal counseling and representation to local and foreign companies, including leading multinationals operating in Israel, in a wide range of industries and in various matters including: complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (including cross-border), real estate transactions, investments in hi-tech companies, and representation of clients in commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Kahn is a member of both the Israel and New York Bars.
Mr. Kahn has been appointed to a number of Boards of Directors of companies in various industries due to his vast experience in business law.
Mr. Kahn currently serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Courts committee and Corporate and Capital Markets committee, and gas served as deputy chairman of the Israel Bar Association’s Hi-Tech committee and Real-Estate committee.
He also founded the Center for Mediation of Conflicts between Lawyers, of the Israel Bar Association’s National Mediation Institution.
Mr. Kahn serves as an academic coordinatorof the courses: “Business and Law”, “Business and Family” and “Labor Law for Managers” at the Center for Commercial Law, Bar Ilan University, and also gives lectures in these courses.
Mr. Kahn’s legal career began at the law offices of Gornitzky & Co, and M. Seligman & Co in Israel, and at Rosenman & Colin (currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman) in New York.
Mr. Kahn manages an internet forum on corporate law on the Lawforums website.
Mr. Kahn has an LL.B degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel, and is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
