Mohamed Dieye

Dr. Mohamed Dièye holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law and a PhD in Tax Law from Jean Moulin University, Lyon 3. He has more than thirty years of experience acquired in one of the largest consulting firms in West Africa. He was for four years Secretary General in a major insurance company in Dakar, Senegal.
