Me. Yves Constant Amani

Yves Constant AMANI is Legal Counsel and Head of the Advisory and Structuring Department at BAO&Fils. With extensive experience advising clients on local and international transactions, he covers a range of business sectors.

With his proven skills, Yves provides strategic advice and support to clients throughout the negotiation process, from structuring to drafting contractual documentation. His fluency in English enables him to communicate effectively with clients from different cultures and geographies, facilitating international exchanges.

Yves is a Certified Infrastructure and Project Finance Professional with a Masters degree from the Catholic University of West Africa in Abidjan and the Centre for Languages and Professional Studies in Accra. He also completed a one-year Corporate Finance course at the EDC Business School in Paris, where he acquired expertise in corporate finance. He is currently finalizing his dissertation for achieving an LLM in International Business Law at the University of Cumbria in London, deepening his knowledge of corporate governance, international trade and investment law.
