Marie Flegbo-Berney is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, employment, and philanthropy. She has been a partner at Bonnard Lawson in Geneva since 2017, after serving as a senior associate at the same firm from 2014 to 2016.
