Marcin Jamrozik

Legal advisor with several years of experience in investment and construction processes, regulation of legal status of real estate, and legal and business consulting; managing partner – founder of the law firm.

Marcin Jamrozik is the founding partner of the Kancelaria Polowiec i Wspólnicy Sp.j.. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow. Managing Partner and Founder.

He deals with investment processes with particular emphasis on heavy industry and renewable energy, with the participation of Polish and foreign entities, as well as administrative law, environmental protection, construction law and cooperative law. He has extensive experience in conducting investment projects, including the construction of ZDR and ZZR plants. He has extensive experience in the field of investments related to supporting investors, contractors and designers as well as risk assessment. Valued for his non-standard approach to problem solving and strategic consulting.

He gained professional experience, among others, by servicing linear investments, including the first completely private pipeline in Poland transmitting technical gases outside the plant, or by servicing entities from an international capital group operating in the chemical industry, as well as producers of energy from renewable energy sources.
