I am a passionate entrepreneurial lawyer. I have extensive experience in intellectual property, administrative law, registries, real estate, maritime law, environmental law, litigation, and corporate law.
Thanks to a very early training as a lawyer and 200 years of family legacy in the legal industry, I have an extraordinary facility to develop in all branches of law – I represent the seventh generation of lawyers in my family, in an uninterrupted chain since 1820. The long tradition of my firm, founded by my great grandfather in 1938, has allowed us to find and work with the brightest legal minds Costa Rica has to offer.
