Luis Portela de Carvalho is a Partner at Lektou since 2024, where he leads the Porto office. He has a strong background in gaming, media, and entertainment law, advising both Portuguese and international clients on complex regulatory and operational matters. Prior to joining Lektou, he served as Head of Legal and Acting Head of People at Clever Advertising from 2019 to 2023. He also worked as an Intellectual Property Consultant at Patentree from 2018 to 2019 and began his legal career as a Trainee Lawyer at PBL & Associados from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, he is an invited lecturer at the Portuguese Catholic University and is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law and the International Association of Gaming Advisors.
