Lim Zheng Feng Immanuel

Zheng Feng oversees the corporate & commercial practice of the firm. He works closely with small & medium enterprises in diverse areas such as:

• joint ventures
• private mergers & acquisitions
• corporate governance
• employment & compensation
• intellectual property
• international distribution & franchise
• data protection
• technology transactions. 

He has been an external counsel to a couple of multinational corporations, focusing on regulatory issues such as payment services, debt and equity funding, confidentiality, personal data, employment, and advertising (both traditional and new media).

Some recent highlights of his legal practice include advising a listed company on the launch of its payment service in Singapore and other parts of Asia-Pacific; and a share swap acquisition of a regional water treatment services provider.

Zheng Feng engages in pro bono work pertaining to trusts, wills, probate and administration to give back to the community.
