Khalid Nassar is a Managing Partner of KN&P and a licensed lawyer by the Saudi Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia. He has experience in Arbitration, Corporate and Commercial law including advising on Initial Public Offerings, joint ventures, Merger & Acquisitions, Foreign Investment, Due Diligence, PPP projects, Regulatory work, Drafting Services and Distribution Contracts, and Corporate Governance aspects as well as an intense experience Arbitration, litigation and Commercial disputes.
Khalid has an LLM in international Arbitration law from the University of Miami and has built his experience by working in leading local, regional, and international firms over the past 12 years.
