Kentuadei Adefe attended the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt,  where he obtained an LLB;  Lazarski University, Warsaw, Poland where he obtained an LLM in Transnational commercial Practice and the Nigeria Law School,  where he was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association , The  International Bar Association, Rocky Mountain Mineral Law  Foundation, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators {UK},  Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators {ICMC} amongst various other organisations and associations.

Mr Adefe’s area of practice includes, Arbitration, corporate and commercial law, mediation, law of taxation, maritime law, Banking, litigation etc.

We act for several corporations in Nigeria both big and small in areas of Company Law Issues, Intellectual Property, Admiralty, Insurance, Insolvency, Probate, Property, Tax and other Commercial Relationship.

We are also involved in the establishment of numerous commercial entities. We provide secretarial services such as preparation of minutes of meetings and filing of documents. In the area of securities and investments, we are involved in the preparation and drafting of subscription agreements.

In the area of capital finance we represent several major Nigerian banks by advising in the area of structuring of loans, mortgages, all assets debenture, perfection of securities etc. We advice on all aspects of debt and equity issuance and other capital market transactions in various areas of the Nigerian market.
