About Kedia Delahaye
Kedia Delahaye is an Attorney-at-Law specializing in the areas of succession and trust law, property conveyancing (real estate), general civil and estate litigation. She practices at all levels of the courts in Jamaica and serves as the legal adviser to the Administrator-General for Jamaica, an executive agency responsible for the administration of estates and trusts in Jamaica.
Complementary to her profession as an Attorney-at-Law, Ms. Delahaye is a member of the Supreme Court Probate Committee, an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a tutor of Probate Practice and Procedure at the Norman Manley Law School Jamaica and a contributor to the West Indian Law Journal.
Ms. Delahaye was admitted to practice in 2010 having obtained a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons.), a Bachelors of Arts Degree in History and International Relations (minor) (Hons.). She also holds a Certificate in International Trust Management and an Advance Certificate in Cross-Border Estates issued from (STEP) and Manchester School of Business and a Certificate in Land Registration and Conveyancing from the National Land Agency, Jamaica.
