Katrin is a highly experienced and trusted first-chair litigator with a strong background in M&A and finance transactions. She advocates for predominantly multi-national clients in high-stakes litigation, including shareholder and investment disputes, manager liability and disputed M&A transactions, as well as contentious insurance, financing, international trade (B2B, B2C, distribution) and international insolvency issues. Cases in recent years have focussed on the banking, energy, construction, social media and life science industries.
The geographical scope of her work currently includes advice, representation and assistance in arbitration, litigation and asset recovery cases in Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Russia, Italy, Germany, UK, Cyprus, Singapore, Brazil and USA.
