She has worked as a Counsel at Magnusson Law in Finland, where she has advised clients on a wide range of legal issues related to employment law and dispute resolution. Her experience includes handling litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution measures.

Katja Halonen specializes in employment law and dispute resolution. She regularly advises foreign corporations starting operations in Finland, drafts employment and senior-level executive agreements, and provides guidance on employer obligations.
