Karin Horev

Adv. Karin Horev has extensive corporate and commercial international experience, having worked for over15 years both in legal firms and on the “inside” of hi-tech companies as in-house counsel. Adv. Horev specializes in complex commercial international transactions – leading the negotiations and managing the deal throughout the entire sales cycle for transactions worth over 100 Million USD, representing both national and international companies in a vast scope of commercial agreements. Adv. Horev has also extensive knowledge and experience in technology oriented transactions, license agreements, private equity investments, M&A’s, joint ventures, corporate financing and corporate governance.

As of 2010 Adv. Horev has founded the Horev & Co. Law Firm, a boutique law firm offering its clientsindividually tailored legal services in various corporate and commercial fields, primarily representing high-tech and international companies in all stages of their operationsand providing day-to-day legal consultation with a pragmatic business approach. Adv. Horev brings diverse and in-depth knowledge in corporate legal practice, based on years of active experience and close familiarity with companies’ legal and business needs.

Up until mid-2008, Adv. Horev has served as legal counsel at Alvarion Ltd., (TASE:  ,אלורNASDAQ:ALVR), specializing in 4G wireless broadband solutions with over two million end user units deployed by carriers, ISPs and private network operators in 150 countries worldwide.

At Alvarion, Adv. Horev headed the legal services of the Alvarion Business Division, leading large scale and complex international transactions and submission of tenders world-wide, managing the negotiations and drafting agreements including with other communication service providers, leading licensing, service level agreements, technology agreements, export control regulations, financing documents and many other matters. Adv. Horevalso managed all operational legal issues of the company, including with its local and international contract manufacturers and vendors and all other on-going operational issues. Adv. Horevprovided legal assistance on domestic and foreign labor issues of the company, including to all of its subsidiaries world-wide, as well as on employee options plans and agreements.

Prior to Alvarion,Adv. Horev was a senior associate for over 5 years at Yossifoff, Cohen & Co., and before that has worked at Dankner, Lusky& Co. (today part of Goldfarb, Levy, Eran, Meiri& Co. law offices), both well-reputable law firms in Israel.

Adv. Horev is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1998.
