Joy-Rachel is a distinguished partner heading the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of TMLP. With over a decade of legal experience at the Zambian bar, she possesses extensive litigation experience and expertise covering various aspects of the law and in particular has gained recognition for her in-depth understanding of Banking Law and Practice.
She is renowned for her assertiveness, efficacy, and unwavering commitment to her clients, she has earned a reputation for successfully navigating legal challenges.
She has experience in ADR and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIARB). She is also a qualified Mediator. She has experience both as Counsel representing parties in an Arbitration or Mediation and as Arbitrator or Mediator.
Joy- Rachel has also served as Company Secretary for several multinational corporations.
