Jonathan E. Orell

Jonathan E. Orell focuses his practice on transactional real estate with extensive experience in the leasing, acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial properties.

Jon regularly represents owner-operators, real estate developers, and investors in connection with land acquisition, ground-up developments, and financing matters for commercial properties including restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings, and multi-family properties. He counsels both lenders and borrowers in complex commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and participated loans, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing, and credit enhancement.

Additionally, Jon represents high-net-worth clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties.

Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Jon was a Member at Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, where he was the exclusive IR Global Advisor for real estate in Connecticut.
