Jesus Osuna is passionately dedicated to advising companies on their legal needs, contributing his knowledge and experience in the legal and business fields to support the growth of their businesses and to learn from them every day. For several years, He was a lecturer in various MBA programs at La Salle Business School.

His main expertise lies in Business Law —corporate, contractual, IP, and M&A— for technology-based and industrial companies with complex business models, as well as for franchises, startups, family businesses, investors, and institutions engaged in innovation and technology transfer.
