He has managed high-stakes cases such as the seizure of an aircraft on behalf of an owner and guided negotiation processes for significant acquisitions. He represents both investors and entrepreneurs, supporting clients with company setups, participations, and the sale of businesses, always aiming for the right balance between rights, obligations, and financial risks.

He has a strong track record in guiding both domestic and cross-border transactions as well as all type of contract negotiations and advising buy-side and sell-side parties, private equity funds, venture capital investors, and management teams.
