Experience
Jeremy M. Joseph has extensive experience in maritime law. He started his career as an insurance broker handling marine claims and later worked as an Associate at Holman Fenwick Willan's Singapore office from 1998 to 2002. Following this, he managed the Malaysian associate office of Joseph Tan Jude Benny for seven years. In 2010, he founded Messrs. Joseph and Partners, which has become one of the largest and most geographically diverse maritime law practices in Malaysia.

Jeremy specializes in maritime, insurance, and commercial law. He advises clients on a full range of maritime matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues such as shipping insolvency cases, collisions, vessel arrests, bills of lading, and ship finance.
Education
Jeremy received a British High Commissioner's Chevening Scholarship Award in 1996, which enabled him to pursue a Master of Law degree (LL.M) at the University of Southampton, England. He completed his LL.M in 1997.
