Jane is Head of the Corporate practice for Stephenson Harwood in Greater China. She has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions, broadly with a PRC and regional focus.
She regularly advises on sales and purchases of businesses and private companies, joint ventures, initial public offerings and other capital raisings, reorganisations, public takeovers, and employment matters. Jane also has extensive experience in listed company compliance, corporate secretarial, corporate governance and charities work.
She co-authored the recent updates for the “Companies and Corporations” volume for Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, and was a contributor to “A Practical Handbook for HK IPO’s” and the HK Company Secretarial Practice Manual.
