Jan Heuvels

After 30 years with a leading international law firm specialising in transport, trade, energy and insurance, Jan founded Heuvels Law to continue to work with clients using his legal skills and experience as well as his extensive international network to help them achieve their commercial and strategic goals.

Jan is a recognised dispute resolutions specialist in the international insurance and reinsurance markets. He also assists clients in other markets with their general and commercial disputes by responsibly managing any litigation, arbitration and ADR proceedings. Jan provides the same level of rigour, experience and sensitivity regardless of the size and nature of the matter from relatively straightforward cases to complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, cooperating where necessary with his extensive international network to deliver the most effective and efficient results for clients.
