Jan Bowen-Nielsen

As a very experienced executive and business coach,
I have over the last sixteen years, coached a large number of senior executives
in FTSE 100 companies as well as numerous business owners, managing partners
and entrepreneurs. I help them grow their business, improve their teams’
performance and enhance their own impact and effectiveness.

I’m the founder and Managing Director of Quiver
Management, an award-winning team of 15 business coaches, trainers and
consultants. We have been named ‘Best Coaching Company” in the UK and Europe
the last three years. We specialise in coaching and we also train coaches up to

In addition to being a qualified coach I also bring
15 years’ senior management experience from blue chip corporations in the UK,
Denmark and USA and 16 years as an executive coach, trainer and management
consultant. My particular areas of expertise are in improving business
performance, change leadership and building high performing leadership teams,
both from executive and consultancy roles.

During a successful senior management career, I
became renowned for my ability to initiate and lead transformative change
programmes within large international companies. This led to me implementing a
turnaround of an international US-based organisation in my role there as CEO.

I went on to co-found JBBI, a change leadership
consultancy, and as CEO helped build this into a thriving consultancy with
offices across the UK, Scandinavia and Germany before leaving to set up Quiver
Management.

In addition to leading Quiver Management, I am also
the Chair of WE Bridge International, a high growth business based in Wales,
and Chair of Active Gloucestershire, a charity based in England.

I’m a qualified Senior Practitioner in Coaching and
Mentoring, a member of EMCC, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and
Management and Professional Member of the Professional Speakers Association.

I hold a Diploma in Company Direction from the
Institute of Directors and an MBA from Henley Management College.
