James Mochere

Mr James Mochere Ondieki is the proprietor of the Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A. Hons) from Kenyatta University, and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Allahabad India. and Post Graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya school of law. He is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public , a member of the Law Society of Kenya,and a prospective member of the ‘Association of European Attorneys’ an international lawyers network.

He has been privileged to be involved in substantial Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Mr Mochere is also an accomplished investigator in his own right having worked in the criminal investigation Department of the Kenya police before joining the legal profession.
