Ivelina is the Managing partner of Dinova Rusev & Partners. Her Corporate & Commercial practice includes company formation, ongoing corporate governance, complex transactions including different type of business restructuring and corporate reorganizations raising from implementation of financial mechanisms.
She has significant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and applications for anti-monopoly clearances, as well as expertize in solving different competition issues.
Ivelina is one of the leading Bulgarian experts in unfair competition, misleading advertisement and consumer protection law. She also has extensive experience in advising online trading activities, product labelling and advertising regulations.
Her other core specialty is assessment of marketing campaigns for compliance with unfair competition rules and any other regulatory issues for the retail business.
Ivelina as well-known expert is leading practical courses and professional trainings for marketers, business leaders in different educational centres.
Ivelina has successfully developed DRP’s tax law practice over the past few years.
