Hui-Feng Hsu

Tim Hsu, the firm’s Chief Senior Counselor and founding partner, has extensive experience in practice areas including intellectual property rights protection, corporate investments, cross-border trade disputes, labor law, corporate restructuring and mergers. Tim regularly counsels clients on domestic and international legal matters.

Tim is well-regarded as a leading authority on legal matters, both internationally and in Taiwan. Until recently, he served as the Dean of Chinese Culture University Law School and the Director of its Law Department. He continues to teach at CCU as a law professor, and is currently the Dean of its School of Continuing Education.

Tim was recently honored by IAE (International Advisory Experts), which selected him as the winner of a 2020 International Law award.

Before he founded Washington Group & Associates, Tim obtained his J.S.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He served as an intern for Judge Kathianne Knaup Crane at the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri.
