Mr. Hongyuan Zhang’s main areas of practice include employment law, employment-related dispute resolution, and laws relating to social security. He is able to advise clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
He regularly advises clients on areas such as employment relationships, management of foreign employees, protection of trade secrets, non-compete, union issues, collective agreements, remuneration, social insurance, benefits and leave for employees, occupational health and production safety, and protection of employees’ personal information. Further, Mr. Zhang regularly assists clients with due diligence investigations and compliance matters related to employment, the transfer and termination of employment in important M&A transactions, reorganization and relocation projects, and clients’ economic layoff requirements.
