Henning Krüge

Henning Krüger studied law at the University of Bielefeld and the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster with a focus on constitutional and administrative law.

At the same time as studying law, he completed the “Subject-specific Foreign Language Law” in English on common law. In addition, he was a member of the board and president of the European Law Student’s Association (EL§A) in Münster for the exchange and further training of law students in Europe.

During his studies and legal traineeship, he worked as a partner in an internet company in the areas of contract management and customer acquisition, and as a freelance management consultant specializing in project and contract management.

As a lawyer at the Federal Agency for Chemicals at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, he is very familiar with all questions of European and national chemicals law and has excellent contacts with the responsible authorities and ministries as well as with industry associations.

His focus is on advising and representing companies in the chemical sector on all questions from product development, to ensuring marketability in relevant administrative proceedings, through to representation in legal proceedings against authorities and competitors.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, he regularly writes  specialist articles for magazines and Internet publications and works as a speaker at specialist events . He also works as an expert on chemical law for the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS).
