Graeme has a wide range of experience in corporate patent departments and in private practice in Europe, North America and Asia.
His expertise includes developing and implementing IP strategies, including patents, trade marks and designs, to align with business strategy and maximise portfolio value. Graeme frequently works with multiple stakeholders to optimise the IP strategy, both at a portfolio level and on individual cases to maximise value with a pragmatic and cost-effective approach.
He also has substantial experience of strategic patent prosecution for high value patent cases, including computer implemented inventions. This includes advising on and managing standards related patent portfolios and aligning claim scope with standards development and business strategy.
