Gabriel Siqueira Eliazar de Carvalho is a partner at Carvalho & Furtado Advogados, a leading Brazilian full-service law firm. With more than a decade of experience, he advises on complex corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, arbitration, and multi-jurisdictional litigation. His practice spans strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure, technology, mining, real estate, and mobility, with a strong focus on electromobility, energy transition, and digital law. 

Beyond client work, Gabriel is actively engaged in thought leadership and ESG initiatives. He co-founded LEMOB, a non-profit promoting electric mobility in Latin America, and regularly speaks at national and international conferences, including the Minas Gerais Business Law Congress and the University of Perugia (Italy). He has authored and coordinated legal publications, such as Novas Fronteiras Jurídicas, and serves as a legal consultant for FIEMG, as well as a member of the German-Brazilian Jurists Association and the Business Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/MG).
