Fred is an international business and tax consultant for both high net worth individuals and international corporations. He has a broad knowledge of tax planning, corporate reorganisation and asset protection schemes. In particular, Fred has extensive experience and knowledge in providing Italian and Swiss clients with innovative and practical tax planning solutions for international activities. To work closely with these clients and maximise his impact, Fred works partly from Lugano (Switzerland).
Background
Fred started his career at Deloitte (1982) and moved to the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland in 1987, where he joined the headquarters of the Fidinam Group, a major international consulting firm, in Lugano (Ticino). He has extensive work experience in international corporate restructuring as an active participant in the pre-IPO restructuring of a world-famous fashion brand and an airline, as well as the overseas mergers of listed pharmaceutical companies.
He is fluent in Dutch, Italian, English and German and has a basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
