Francesco Conti

Francesco specialises in real estate – with particular reference to contracts – and in data processing and data protection regulations, including personal data.

He has been advising, for over ten years, national (even regulated) and multinational private companies, both with reference to significant investments in real estate assets for purposes related to retail (with particular regard to shopping centres, business parks and outlets), hotellerie and leisure, student residences, as well as for industrial and logistics purposes, and in ordinary business activities.

He also advises leading Italian companies, including regulated companies, and multinational companies, operating in the real estate, investment management, entertainment and information security sectors on data processing and protection, including personal data.

As part of his specialisation, Francesco is currently appointed as Data Protection Officer (DPO) of several vehicle owning leading shopping centres located throughout Italy.
