Fernando Martínez Sanz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. He has been a partner and director at Martínez Sanz Abogados since its founding in 2009, with offices across Madrid, Castellón, and Valencia. Since 2001, he has also been a Professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón. In addition, he has served as a member of the Special Section of the General Codification Commission for reforming the Commercial Code regarding freight transport contracts.
