Graduated from the University of Genoa in 1990, PhD in Comparative Law in 1999, after work experience in England in the maritime insurance sector and after a period of legal practice at the New York office of Deorchis & Partners, he began his collaboration with the firm in 1994 as a partner.
Associate professor of private law at the University of Sassari since 2005, he has taught information law (also in Sassari) and legal English (at the University of Genoa). He is the author of volumes on the legal position of the foreigner in the European Union and on the integration of European law through the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice; he edited a volume on consumer contracts and a volume on producer responsibility; he has written around seventy essays on various topics of private, comparative, community, international trade and transport law.
