Dustin D.P. Delany is an international business law specialist practicing throughout the English speaking Caribbean and Florida. After over a decade as a Miami based international practitioner, Mr. Delany relocated his practice to Barbados where he continues to serve the full range of clients from multi-national corporations to individuals. He is an authority on cross-border business within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). Given the depth of his experience and expertise, Mr. Delany is frequently engaged to represent clients in some of the region’s most prolific projects and complex pan-regional transactions.
A dual citizen of the United States and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Mr. Delany is ideally situated in Barbados in order to address the needs of his global client base. He is a former executive committee chairman of the Barbados International Business Association. Mr. Delany currently serves as a council member to the Barbados Bar Association and a member of the Ministry of International Business and International Transport’s Task Force on International Business. Mr. Delany is actively involved in Barbados’ robust international business and financial services industries and frequently presents on a variety of international business topics including double taxation agreements, bi-lateral investment treaties, international finance and structuring and cross-border transactions.
