The Firm
Getting your legalese linguistically to the point is a prerequisite, in order to communicate all matters properly to your counterpart.
Legally my specialty area is in intellectual property law, in particular trademarks, copyright, design protection as well as software- and internet law, as well as the drafting of contracts in these areas. Due to my admission as attorney-at-law in Austria and in New York / USA as well as my postgraduate LL.M. degree and my worldwide network of colleagues I can support you – almost – without boundaries.
Linguistically my specialty area is English. Based on my international legal education and the competency gained therewith in the English language, extended by my admission as a certified court interpreter and translator for the English language, I provide the best prerequisites to support you with your international business transactions and legal issues with highest possible language quality.
