Daria is a partner at VOIGT SALUS and a recognized expert in German corporate, insolvency and restructuring law with more than 25 years’ of experience in the field. She provides extensive advice on all aspects of general corporate law both to German and international clients with a special focus on insolvency and restructuring related matters. In addition, Daria is regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator by insolvency courts in Germany.
Daria is admitted to practice both in Germany and in England & Wales (Solicitor). She is also co-author of Mohrbutter (Ed.), “Handbuch Insolvenz” (11th edition – due to be published in late summer 2025).
