Dominique Blommaert joined Janson Baugniet in 1994 and has been a partner since 1998. He leads the Banking and Finance Law Department, specializing in credit law, including consumer law, mortgage credit, and all forms of regulated credit. Dominique has over 30 years of experience and has gained extensive expertise in banking and finance litigation, corporate litigation (including insolvency), and arbitration proceedings, acting both as counsel and arbitrator.
