He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma (Maîtrise) in Law. His main areas of practice in the firm are Petroleum Law, Mining Law, Banking and Finance, Investment Law, Labour Law, Telecoms, Land Law, Competition Law and Energy. He currently heads the firm’s practice in Petroleum Law, Mining, Labour Law, Banking and Finance, and Telecoms. Over the past few years, David has been involved in almost all the syndicated loan transactions in Cameroon. He regularly advises investors on critical issues relating to the Petroleum Code and its regulations and also the Mining Code and its regulations. He has been highly involved in discussions with the Government of Cameroon for the acquisition by Foreign Investors of land for major agro-industrial projects. He has written several articles on Telecoms Law, Mining law and Public Private Partnership in Cameroon.
